Enhancing constituent services

In a recent survey by Infor and GovLoop, 80% of respondents said digital services are important, or extremely important to enhancing public sector constituent service delivery.

However, the survey also revealed that 60% of public sector servants tasked with delivering services to constituents are unsure, or don’t feel empowered to do so effectively with their current digital solutions.
