Moving Beyond the Value Chain
Over the past twenty years, supply chains have encircled the globe, aided by revolutions in information technology. We’ve now reached a point where the technology available necessitates businesses to reevaluate the “value chain” model. Instead, businesses need to reimagine their supply processes as a network, where real-time visibility into an order extends globally, across every partner.
