With over 10 years’ specialization in Marketing Operations, Jen has led and overseen complex Marketing Management implementations at companies like Dell, Publix, PayPal and CocaCola Amatil to name just a few.
Kristy McCrady
Director, Global Marketing Operations, Infor

As a Director of Global Marketing Operations for Infor, Kristy McCrady leads the strategy for budgeting, planning, enablement, and process optimization within the company’s global marketing organization. She has been with Infor for seven years and serves as a key resource for the marketing department’s use of Infor Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and is well versed in MRM strategies, budgeting, finance processes, and campaign management. Prior to joining Infor, Kristy held several roles at other organizations related to process and program management.
