Erik G. Florentz

Business Systems Manager, John Henry Foster

Erik Florentz is Business Systems Manager at John Henry Foster. In this role, he is responsible for managing the IT and Marketing Departments. Florentz has more than 28 years of IT experience. 

Previously, while serving in the United States Navy, Florentz worked with databases and IT aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN-73). As Systems Engineer at CRM consulting firm Argenta Systems, Florentz implemented SalesLogix for numerous customers and managed internal IT. In 2004 Florentz founded Active Innovations as its President, providing IT and CRM consulting.

Florentz holds a degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in History and Philosophy.

Ron Eismann

Vice President Infor CPQ

Ron Eismann is Vice President of Strategy for Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ). In this role, he is responsible for setting the product direction and go-to-market strategy for Infor CPQ. Ron has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software market, including 20+ years of experience with CPQ solutions.

Before leading the CPQ Strategy for Infor, Ron was Vice President of Sales for North America and Europe focused on Infor’s Customer Experience suite of products. Prior to joining Infor, Ron was a senior manager with Accenture where he was responsible for the successful management and implementation of many large-scale software implementations in the areas of product configuration, engineering, and manufacturing systems. Ron holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
